We are thrilled to announce the tremendous success of JRSE's annual STEM night!
Students showcased their impressive STEM skills, and the event was a true testament to the power of our students, parents, and community coming together.
A special shoutout goes to United Way, Whitney Lankford, Ready for Kindergarten, Read Talk Play, Sunshine Sheperd with the INL, After School Program, and our incredible JRSE staff and volunteers for their unwavering support and dedication. Your contributions made this event a resounding success!
We would also like to express our heartfelt gratitude to our amazing parents and community. Your presence and support were instrumental in making this night unforgettable. We couldn't have done it without you!










JRSE teachers are here at the 2024 IETA conference in Boise. It has been a jam packed 3 days with a lot of learning, discovery and fun. JR Simplot Elementary's very own Nathan Lammers, STEM teacher and Myriah Leisher our technology teacher presented on the engineering design. We are ready to bring back and implement what we have learned. Get ready JRSE students!!!





A group of teachers and administrators spent the past 3 days in Boise at the annual IETA conference. They spent their days in a variety of sessions learning about new technology tools and other ideas and visited with vendors. On Friday afternoon our own Nathan Lammers and Myriah Leischer presented on Engineering Design for K-8 students. They cannot wait to come back and share what they have learned with their students and staff.

Dance swept all four categories on their way to a district title and are now State bound!!! Macy Winder placed first in all classifications for her solo routines.
