2026–2027 SPORTS SEASON REQUIREMENTS
🏅 Planning to play a sport next year?
Get your paperwork done early so you’re cleared before the season starts.
🏥 PHYSICALS — REQUIRED EVERY 2 YEARS
You need a physical if you are:
Freshman
Junior
Or if you do NOT have a physical on file at AFHS
🩺 HEALTH EXAM REQUIRED
Students who are:
Sophomores
Seniors
must complete the Health Exam instead of a physical.
