C team football had their first game of the year. Levi Adkins suited up and had a great 20 yard run that ended with a great spike in the endzone. The final score did not end in our favor but the boys played hard to the end.

🍗 Today, our culinary students learned how to break down a whole chicken into its different cuts! They explored how to use each part for various recipes and discovered how buying and preparing a whole chicken can save over 50% compared to purchasing individual cuts. The chicken they prepared will be used to make delicious fried chicken and homemade chicken stock. 🥄 Great life skills in action in our culinary arts classes! 👩‍🍳
