
The girls basketball team traveled to Bear Lake and took on a very tough Bear Lake team.

On Senior Night, the American Falls Beavers 🦫 girls’ basketball team pulled off a thrilling conference victory, defeating the Marsh Valley Eagles 50-49. Eden Jensen sealed the win with a clutch three-pointer in the final seconds of the game, putting the Beavers ahead for good. Eden and her senior sister, Addie, were unstoppable, combining for an impressive 45 points. The rest of the team stepped up with strong defense and key plays to secure the hard-fought win!











The 2000 American Falls girls basketball Idaho State Champions and 2020 Idaho State legends of the game were honored at halftime. This group of ladies had a record of 23 and five over a four year period; for the seniors their record was 100 and 16. The members of the team are Stacie Udy Shawver, Danielle Henesh, Nikki Funk, Krisanne Hammond Grigg, Merrilee Udy Sears, Amber Cox Titus, Gina LaJambe Lott, RaNae Isaak, KaDee Hammond Gomez, and Elizabeth Bolinger. They were coached by Gary Aldous.





The AFHS cheer team impressed the crowd with a strong and skillful performance of their show routine during halftime. Their precision and athleticism were evident as they executed a challenging series of stunts and choreography, proudly representing American Falls ❤️🤍 🖤.







The girls basketball team won to hard fought games against the Snake River Panthers. The Varsity score was 40 to 33.






The boys basketball program competed hard against a tough Teton program. The c team lost another one point game, while the JV team continued their undefeated season by coming back from a 6 point halftime deficit. The Varsity closed out the night by winning by 6 points.







Nate Gugelman earned the IHSAA Athlete of the Week Award. Congratulations on all your hard work.


Join us at the high school tomorrow night (January 23) for Pathways to Success night. This open house style event is a great opportunity to learn about the diverse career technical & academic pathways offered at AFHS. The event is tailored towards future AFHS students and their parents, but all are welcome. Participants will be given FREE admission to the girls' basketball game that night. This year, participants will enter the high school through the main entrance.


Boys took on Malad at home. C team lost, JV keeps their undefeated season going and varsity wins big 63-29.





The girls basketball teams played hard despite losing to bear lake.





The varsity boys dropped a tough one in South Fremont 51-39. The JV stayed undefeated. The c team lost.







Girls travel to Marsh Valley to start conference play. JV struggles and loses. Varsity wins an exciting game in overtime 57-55.





The boys basketball program scored three wins over the Aberdeen Tigers. Both the C team and the JV team won big. The varsity jumped out to a 15 point lead and hung onto to win by five. A huge shout out to the beaver nation.







Girls hosted Buhl tonight. JV wins big and varsity holds off a late run at the end to win 34-30.

The wrestling team traveled to Parma this weekend and they came home as the tournament champs.


The girls basketball program earned a pair of wins tonight with the varsity team winning by the score of 53 to 43.







The cheerleaders put on a great performance at halftime in preparation for the first competition of the year tomorrow. Good luck team!










The wrestling team won their second dual of the night defeating South Fremont 58-18
