The American Falls FFA is excited to host Spud Stop, a National Potato Day celebration on Tuesday, August 19th, from 4:30-7:00 PM along Pocatello Avenue at the American Falls City Park. This fun, casual event will feature local food trucks serving potato-based meals made especially for the occasion.
Spud Stop is all about celebrating one of Idaho’s most iconic crops, supporting local food vendors, and bringing our community together. Our goal is to help vendors sell at least 500 dishes, highlighting the farmers and small businesses that make our region unique. Whether you’re a potato lover or simply looking for something to do, this event promises delicious food.
The celebration is open to the entire community, with a variety of one-of-a-kind menu items available for purchase from participating vendors. Come hungry and ready to try something new, from savory to sweet; all made with Idaho potatoes.
We hope to see you there to enjoy great food, support local businesses, and honor the growers who help put Idaho potatoes on tables around the world. For more information, follow American Falls FFA on Facebook and Instagram or contact americanfallsffachapter@gmail.com.
