We played GIANT JENGA to imitate the stimulus response, activating the stress response. Stress Management is just getting started learning about how the stress response works and what techniques can be implemented to control the craziness in life!

The State Wrestling Tournament has wrapped up, and the American Falls Beavers delivered! Veterinarians diagnose illnesses, perform surgeries, and provide expert care for animals of all kinds, while veterinary technicians support that work through hands‑on care, lab work, and patient monitoring. Day one of state wrestling is over. The boys were honored as the 2026 4A academic state champions. We have 7 wrestlers in the semifinals and 5 still in on the backside tomorrow morning. On the girls side we have 1 in the semifinals and one on the backside.

Their hard work, grit, and total commitment showed in every routine, and it paid off with a 2nd place overall finish at State. That doesn’t happen without athletes who push, coaches who elevate, and a program that believes in doing things the right way. Proud of this group and everything they poured into this season. American Falls High School would like to extend our sincere gratitude to Great Rift Transportation for their incredibly generous donation of a travel bus to support our sports teams and student activities. Ranch hands keep daily operations running smoothly, caring for animals and maintaining facilities. These girls are showing grit, toughness, and Beaver pride with every match. The hunt continues tomorrow—let’s finish strong.
