Lady Beavers Softball stays hot!
Another big W today, taking down West Side 13–7.
Energy was high, bats were working, and this group just keeps proving what they’re capable of. ❤️🖤🥎
“Winning isn’t a moment… it’s a habit built one game at a time.”
Proud of the fight, proud of the focus, proud of these girls.

Beavers Softball left it all on the field today.
A true battle with Preston came down to a nail‑biter in the bottom of the 7th.
This group showed grit, passion, and the heart of a Beaver from first pitch to last — just coming up short on the scoreboard, never in effort. ❤️🖤🥎
“Heart is what separates the good from the great.” — Unknown

Softball takes down South Fremont 13–8 in a gritty, home opener win. The Beavers brought toughness from the first pitch to the last, and the momentum kept building inning after inning. ❤️🖤🥎
“Grit wins games that talent alone can’t.”
Proud of the fight, proud of the execution, and proud of the way this group keeps rising. Ready for the next one.

Beaver Baseball is underway, and the boys battled hard in their first home game, coming up just short against Teton. With their grit, their energy, and their team work they can change the tone for the season. ⚾️❤️🖤
“Baseball is a game of inches—and every inch is earned.”
Plenty of season left, and this group is ready to fight for every one of those inches. 💪🔥

The Spirit of the Falls Music Department is excited to announce the "Going to Disney Spring Concert 2026" on Wednesday March 18th at 7pm in the American Falls Performing Arts Auditorium. What a Day in Beaver Nation ❤️🖤
Today we celebrated our 4A State Cheer Champions and our 4A State Dual Wrestling Champions — two powerhouse programs showing what hard work, grit, and pride look like.
From the mat to the floor, our athletes, coaches, and community brought the fire. Championships are built through dedication, belief, and a whole lot of heart.
Proud of our girls ❤️🖤
Proud of our boys ❤️🖤
Proud of AF.
Champions in every sense.

State BPA in Boise was a success!!!
All the students worked hard and are already talking about what we can improve on and do for next year. All students competed in either a test, presentation, or an open. There were also four students who interned at the competition and helped the state officers run the conference, learning leadership and communications skills.
BPA also went and visited the Capital Buiding and sat in on delegation and voting. It was a great experience all around. So proud of this team and the success that the American Falls BPA chapter has had all year. On to Nationals!! 🏆
Top Highlights:
🎉Valerie Rios Sanchez is a Top Ten finalist in V6 Photography and will be go to NATIONALS to show her work. She competed against the whole National in this event and will now be able to showcase her picture and have a chance to be voted Best in Show.
🎉Adam Christian was a top finalist in Java Script and has earned a spot to compete at NATIONALS!!! He placed 4th.
🎉Alan Torres was also a finalist in Human Resource Management. He was top 8 out of 25 students. This event is one of the hardest events to become a finalist in let alone place.

It's golf season! It might be a winter wonderland one day, and a sunny 65 the next. Welcome to Spring golf in Idaho!

After 41 incredible years of teaching, we celebrate the retirement of an amazing educator, Becky Pulliam. Thank you for the decades of dedication, care, and impact you’ve made on generations of students. Your legacy will continue to live on at AFHS! ❤️🖤🤍
A big thank you as well to Robyn Adkins and the Culinary Arts class for treating our staff during finals week. The delicious lasagna, desserts, and the fried chicken with mac & cheese were incredible! Your hard work and generosity were truly appreciated. 👏🍽️

Students who love animals and want to make a real difference in their health and well‑being will find rewarding paths in veterinary medicine. Veterinarians diagnose illnesses, perform surgeries, and provide expert care for animals of all kinds, while veterinary technicians support that work through hands‑on care, lab work, and patient monitoring. Together, they form the team that keeps pets, livestock, and wildlife healthy. It’s a perfect fit for students who are compassionate, curious, and excited about science and animal care.
Veterinarian - $106,080
Vet Tech - $36,760
Like caring for animals? Take our Animal Science courses including our Animal Care - Introduction to Vet Sciences course.

❤️🖤 Beavers Dance Take 2nd Overall at State! ❤️🖤
What an incredible day for our dance team. Their hard work, grit, and total commitment showed in every routine, and it paid off with a 2nd place overall finish at State. That doesn’t happen without athletes who push, coaches who elevate, and a program that believes in doing things the right way.
Proud of this group and everything they poured into this season. Congratulations, ladies — you earned every bit of this moment. ❤️🖤
And now… tomorrow is CHEER. Let’s keep the momentum rolling. 🐾🔥

Staff and students paint night

American Falls High School would like to extend our sincere gratitude to Great Rift Transportation for their incredibly generous donation of a travel bus to support our sports teams and student activities. This gift will have a lasting impact on our students, providing safe and reliable transportation as they represent our school across the state.
This project truly reflects the power of community partnership. We would also like to recognize the following businesses for their contributions and support in making this bus a reality:
Jeff’s Graphics – Twin Falls
Point S Tire – American Falls
National Coating Supply – Idaho Falls
Premier Truck Group – Idaho Falls
Because of their generosity and teamwork, our students will travel in comfort and pride for years to come.
And in perfect timing — our wrestling team headed out today on the bus’s very first trip as they travel to Boise to compete in the State Tournament! We couldn’t think of a better way to begin this new chapter than by sending our wrestlers off in style.
Thank you again to Great Rift Transportation and our outstanding community sponsors for investing in our students and in American Falls High School. Your support makes a difference!

📣Good luck and save travels to our AFHS Cheer & Dance teams as they head off to State!! 🦫 #Gobeavers #chompchomp
