J.R. Simplot Elementary is asking for parent volunteers to help students clean up the flowerbeds around the school. Students will take turns participating in the cleanup during the week.
Volunteer schedule:

4th Grade: Wednesday, September 23, from 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The Open House for JR Simplot Elementary will be this Friday from 1-3. Come meet your child's teacher!! The first day of school for JRSE is August 24.
Attached you will see the pick up and drop off guidelines for our school. We ask that if you are going to walk in with your child the first day of school, to please use the parking lot. Please do not park in the fire zones or the drop off areas. Safety is our number one priority! We can't wait to see you all!

Fourth Grade Parents, We are excited to host our Rendezvous event tomorrow for our fourth-grade students! What is a Rendezvous? During the Oregon Trail era, a Rendezvous was a gathering where fur trappers and traders exchanged goods, shared stories, and celebrated community. We're excited for your student to join in the fun! Students will also participate in a Foofaraw, where they can bring an item from home to trade. This item can be something they no longer need—encouraging creativity and community spirit.
