AMERICAN FALLS — American Falls High School senior Jackelyn McKean did her senior project at William Thomas Middle School and American Falls High School on Monday, November 22, 2021.
Her senior project was about powwows and organized a dancing troupe of local Native American students from the American Falls School District. The dance troupe exhibited a grand entry, along with the various powwow dance styles: Grass, fancy, and jingle.
McKean said her senior project is in conjunction with November being Native American Heritage month.
