Mrs. Luras has been using a Program called Stukent with her math classes. This was paid for by Idaho Central Credit Union and given to her students for the next five years. This is a Financial Simulation for banking, budgeting, buying houses and cars, W2 forms, taxes and much more realistic money situations. They get paid each week and have to pay bills each week. They can purchase a higher grade through the simulation by doing different activities and such. It has been a fun way to have them manage their money and learn how to make decisions about their money. This online mimicking banking tool has created a real world, in class, experience that they have been excited about.
